LIBERTY, MO - Rogers Sporting Goods, one of the largest suppliers of Waterfowl Hunting Gear, announces today the dates of their 5th Annual Grand National Waterfowl Calling Championships on August 3rd and 4th, 2013.
The Grand National Waterfowl Calling Championship is held each year during the first weekend of August, the greatest duck and goose callers from around the country gather in Liberty, Missouri for the Grand National Waterfowl Calling Championship. Held in conjunction with the Rogers Sporting Goods annual Waterfowl Truckload Sale, the event is heaven on earth for the waterfowl enthusiast.
With over $35,000 in cash and prizes awarded, waterfowl callers come from California to Maine.
This is the only time of the year to meet this many World Champion Callers in one place at the same time. Just a few of the world famous waterfowl callers attending the two-day event will be Tim and Hunter Grounds, John Stephens, Butch Richenback, Field Hudnall, Todd Copely, Ryan Nolan, Brad Allen, Trey Crawford, just to name a few.
The Duck Calling Contests are scheduled for Saturday, August 3rd, 2013.

1:00 PM TANGLEFREE GRAND NATIONAL NOVICE
3:30 PM AVERY OUTDOORS GRAND NATIONAL OPEN DUCK
Immediately following the open will be a catered dinner for contestants and families
The Goose Calling Contests are scheduled for Sunday, August 4th, 2013.

9:00 AM DEADLY DECOYS GRAND NATIONAL JUNIOR GOOSE (Ages 12 and Younger)
10:00 AM DEVASTATOR CALLS GRAND NATIONAL INTERMEDIATE GOOSE AND CALLINGDUCKS.COM CUP (Ages 16 and Younger)
11:00 AM DEVASTATOR CALLS GRAND NATIONAL NOVICE GOOSE
1:30 PM FINAL APPROACH GRAND NATIONAL OPEN GOOSE
One Lucky Junior Caller will also win a 2-Day hunt with Big Sean of Big Seans Champion Calls.
