Bushnell and Laser Technology Dismiss Lawsuit

Grand Prairie, Texas - Bushnell, Inc. (d/b/a/ Bushnell Outdoor Products) and Laser Technology, Inc. (LTI) have dismissed their lawsuit against WGI Innovations, Ltd. (d/b/a BA Products) and Wildgame Innovations, L.L.C. relating to the manufacture and sale of laser rangefinders under various brands such as Wildgame Innovations and Remington. WGI's and Wildgame's laser rangefinders use exclusively licensed technology from Opti-Logic, a Tennessee company.

Last May, Bushnell and LTI filed suit against both WGI and Wildgame for patent infringement in the District of Kansas. WGI and Wildgame denied infringement and asserted patent invalidity. Bushnell and LTI dismissed the suit. WGI and Wildgame will continue to manufacture and sell laser rangefinders. The remaining terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Based in Louisiana, Synergy Outdoors is the parent umbrella for an assortment of industry leading brands such as Flextone game calls, Barnett Crossbows, Wildgame Innovations attractants, minerals, feeders, game scouting cameras and laser range finders and Evolved Habitats food plot seeds and attractants.
