Altitude Sports & Entertainment Becomes Partner In World Fishing Network

DENVER, CO. - Altitude Sports & Entertainment, a subsidiary of Kroenke Sports Enterprises, and Insight Sports, a leading North American sports media and entertainment company, has announced the acquisition by Altitude of a 50% interest in WFN: World Fishing Network USA ("WFN"), North America's only 24/7 fishing network. As part of the transaction, WFN will consolidate its U.S. operations in Denver, Colorado - including technical operations at Altitude's Network Operations Center in Centennial, Colorado. WFN's Canadian operations will remain headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.

The partnership provides WFN sponsors, programmers and industry partners the opportunity to reach more anglers across North America through Altitude's distribution partnerships with telco, satellite and cable partners. WFN and its production partners will also benefit from Altitude's industry-leading technologies, production capabilities and extensive relationships. WFN sponsors and partners can also leverage Altitude's powerful media platform to reach active consumers and sports fans.
