Universal Coin and Bullion to Sponsor NRA National Pistol Championships

FAIRFAX, VA- The NRA Competitive Shooting Division is proud to announce that Universal Coin & Bullion will be this year's Official Sponsor of the NRA National Pistol Championships at Camp Perry, Ohio. The National Pistol and Rifle Championships are considered to be America's "World Series of Shooting Sports" and have been a tradition at Camp Perry since 1907.

This is the second major NRA Competitive Shooting sponsorship for Universal Coin & Bullion (UCB), who recently sponsored the Practical Event of the 2010 NRA Bianchi Cup that took place in Columbia, Missouri. In addition to being the Official Bullion & Rare Coin Dealer of the NRA, Universal Coin & Bullion also supports several programs within the association. As part of their Official Sponsorship of the NRA National Pistol Championships, UCB will be awarding a Nighthawk Custom Pistol, engraved with the 2010 National Matches logo and 1911 $5 Gold Indian Head coin embedded in the pistol grip to the 2010 NRA Pistol Champion. This exclusive one-of-a-kind firearm will be awarded during the NRA Pistol Awards Ceremony taking place at Camp Perry on July 17, 2010.

"We are very excited to have Universal Coin & Bullion support another NRA Competitive Shooting event and come onboard as the Official Sponsor of the 2010 NRA National Pistol Championships." says Mike Krei, Director of NRA's Competitive Shooting Division. "Partnership with the NRA Competitive Shooting programs is a win-win for NRA and UCB, and we are proud to have them as a returning sponsor. We appreciate their dedication to the competitive shooting sports and generous support for the NRA National Pistol Championships."
