DALLAS (July 16, 2018) – SIXSITE, a high-performance hunting and outdoor apparel and gear provider, announces the addition of outdoor industry veteran Travis Watson to its staff as Vice President of Merchandising. Mr. Watson has more than 12 years of experience in apparel planning, development and design at leading outdoor companies such as Sportsman’s Warehouse, Walls Outdoors (Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co.), Robinson Outdoor Products, The Sportsman’s Guide and Cabela’s.

“We are excited to have Travis join SIXSITE at a time when the company is experiencing significant demand and indicating future growth,” says Stephen Holley, SIXSITE founder, designer and veteran U.S. Navy SEAL.  “Travis’ experience in merchandising will play a key role in the development of our hunting lines and progress into other outdoor categories.”

Mr. Watson comes to SIXSITE after serving as Category Manager for Apparel and Apparel Planning at Sportsman’s Warehouse, where he provided strategic leadership for development of its own Private Label offerings for retail and ecommerce.  Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Sporting Goods for Walls Outdoors (Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co.).
