Lead Therapy Hosts South Carolina S3DA Indoor Regional

Williamsburg, KY – South Carolina S3DA recently held their second Indoor Regional event at Lead Therapy Gun Shop in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Lead Therapy has a brand-new state of the art Indoor Archery Range that features thirteen lanes and twenty-six targets. South Carolina State Coordinator, Sheila Tadlock stated, “The owner of Lead Therapy, Cathy Buchanan, is a phenomenal person. It is her desire to provide a safe range that allows schools and archery teams the ability to practice and compete for many years to come. We are so very thankful for her allowing South Carolina S3DA to compete at this facility. I am so proud of all of these archers from Chloe Jones nailing the center X to Cadence Ellis’ very first tournament ever.”

Cathy Buchanan, owner of Lead Therapy Indoor Archery Range stated, “It was a great honor to host this South Carolina S3DA Regional Shoot. It was an incredible turnout with more than 60 archers competing and family members watching and waiting for the results. The range official, Norman Bonnette, kept the shooting lines moving flawlessly and each group of archers did a great job of transitioning. I look forward to working with Sheila and South Carolina S3DA to host more events in the future.”

“I’ve never shot Indoor before, so I had no clue what to expect but it ended up being a really fun tournament. I didn’t really stress out while shooting because I was around a great group of people,” stated Palmetto Center Seekers S3DA archer, Dobson Ricks.

South Carolina archers will gather to compete at Hawthorne Christian Academy for the State Indoor Championship this weekend. With more than 100+ archers currently registered for the event this may be the largest Indoor State event for South Carolina in the history of the program.
