HOUSTON, TEXAS – Primary Arms Optics has announced the promotion of Marc Jardell to the position of Senior Operations Manager. A Veteran of the U.S. Army Signal Corps, Marc has been instrumental to the company’s successes across both customer service and optics operations. In the Senior Operations Manager position, Marc will build on Primary Arms Optics’ operational advantages, including their 100% in-house quality inspection and elevated customer satisfaction standards.
Starting as a Firearms Product Specialist in 2016, Marc Jardell garnered immediate respect with his dedication, passion, and willingness to learn. He was then promoted to Customer Service Manager, where he would lead Primary Arms’ esteemed customer service strategy all the way to 2020, when he transitioned to the Optics team as Operations Manager. As a customer-driven company, Primary Arms Optics maintains high operational standards, such as 100% in-house quality inspection for all their optic products. In the last year, Primary Arms’ Quality Control team inspected and processed hundreds of thousands of products, and Marc helped lead the division to success through record sales volumes. Marc’s contributions also allowed for Primary Arms Optics’ recent expansion of their lifetime warranty policy, which now covers all optics products.
In addition to leading Primary Arms Optics’ Quality Control team, Marc has been responsible for managing state-of-the-art ERP and EDI systems. In a year with record-breaking sales volumes, Marc established and maintained effective protocol to streamline dealer orders and minimize lead times. Many Primary Arms Optics dealers have had direct communication with Marc over the past year, and his commitment to the business and customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of his efforts.
