Wildlife Forever is proud to announce Rapala Normark Corporation has renewed sponsorship of the Fish Art Contest and Getting Families Fishing and Boating Initiative (GFFB). Supporting youth education and community fishing clinics focus on recruiting new anglers and building knowledge of fishing skills and conservation to ensure more anglers stay in the sport.
“I’m very proud to continue our partnership with Rapala. As an industry leader, they’re committed to recruiting youth and families into fishing and have tremendous products that help keep anglers in the sport,” said Pat Conzemius, President & CEO of Wildlife Forever.
“Educating youth about fishing through creative art is recruitment 101. Fish Art is in schools across the country and through the GFFB program, we’re supporting dozens of community grants with Rapala products and merchandise,” said Matt Jensen, Vice President of Marketing for Rapala North America.
The Art of Conservation Fish Art Contest has inspired more than 85,000 youth across 46 countries to explore the wonders of fish, fishing and aquatic conservation.
Supported by Title Sponsor, Bass Pro Shops, Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation, Yamaha Righwaters, Rapala, the Great Lakes Fishery Commission, and National Fish Habitat Partnership, state supported partnerships bring additional opportunities for recognition, prizes, and awards provided by the host organizations, fostering deeper connections to conservation in each community.
The 2025-26 Fish Art contest is open until February 28th, 2026. Participants can find more information, learn about specialty awards, educational resources, and submission guidelines at www.FishArt.org.
