New to Wild TV – Catching Bass with Dustin Wilks

Edmonton, Alberta- January 24th, 2023- Wild TV, which is Numeris-rated as the number one outdoor programming provider in Canada*, is now airing Season One of the American fishing series Catching Bass with Dustin Wilks. The show aims to provide education on how to catch bass, and Wilks can offer audiences the expertise he’s gained working as a bass fisherman since graduating with a Fisheries degree from NC State University in 1999.

Wilks commented on his new content partnership with Wild TV: “I’m pleased to be working with Wild TV Network to bring my show to Canada! My mom and grandparents were Canadian and I’ve been visiting and fishing Canada since I was a kid. Many of the techniques I’ve learned, and especially the habits of bass, were learned from family trips to beautiful Canada. With clear water and aggressive fish, you can learn so much so fast! I’m super happy Wild TV is bringing you my show."

Vice President of Wild TV, Scott Stirling, welcomed Wilks to the network: “We’re proud to introduce Dustin to our Canadian fan base! We’re always interested in bringing experts into the Wild TV family of content partners and when it comes to bass fishing, Dustin is a master. His techniques and ability to pattern bass are second to none, and we consider Catching Bass with Dustin Wilks a great tool in the tackle boxes of Canadian anglers!”
