Team Mathews shot the lights out at the fourth stop of the 2025 ASA Pro/Am tour in Metropolis, IL - winning two pro divisions and claiming seven podiums overall.

After battling through adverse conditions on the course, Team Shooters Dan and Emily McCarthy found themselves at the top of the podium in Open Pro and Women’s Pro claiming two victories for Team Mathews. Both Dan and Emily finished the event shooting respective scores of 280. All shooters went off of one-day scores since the second day of the event was cancelled due to rain.

Team Shooters Jimmy Lutz and Kyle Douglas competed in Men’s Known Pro where they were successfully able to secure 2nd and 3rd place in an extremely tight race in the shootdown.

Team Shooter Sarah Prieels produced a great event this weekend in Women’s Known Pro, shooting a score of 276 and claiming 3rd place and securing her first podium finish in the 2025 ASA Pro/Am tour.

Topping off a great event for Mathews, Team Shooters Charlie Rogers and Randy Morocco claimed 2nd and 3rd in Senior Known Pro with scores of 284 and 275.

“It was great to see both McCarthy’s back on top of the podium for the first time this year,” said Derek Phillips, Mathews Pro Staff Manager. “Winning the top two pro divisions along with five other podium finishes at the Mathews Pro/Am was one to remember and a huge success for the entire Mathews team.”
