Clymer Private Pond License Review
A private landowner is applying for a Private Fish Pond License and proposes to stock Yellowstone cutthroat trout in an unnamed private pond. The pond is a 0.25 surface acre pond located off Bridger Hollow Road in Park County. The pond is south of Livingston in the vicinity of East River and Sixmile Creek Roads. The pond is about 70 yards east of Sixmile Creek, which is a tributary to the Yellowstone River. The pond has no inlet. The pond is filled by a groundwater well located at the site. There is a small outlet ditch running from the southwest corner of the pond. There is no structure on the outlet, which flows into a dry basin with little chance of reaching Sixmile Creek. The Yellowstone cutthroat trout could be removed from the pond via chemical treatments or through senescence.

The Getaway, LLC Private Pond License Review
A private landowner is applying for a Private Fish Pond License and proposes to stock rainbow trout and westslope cutthroat trout in an unnamed private pond. The pond is 1 surface acre and located on 850 S. Whistleberry Road near Bozeman. This pond is about 0.4 mile north of Big Bear Creek, which is a tributary to the Gallatin River. Big Bear Creek contains brook trout and westslope cutthroat trout. The pond is fed from a developed groundwater well located at the site. The outlet consists of a screened Agri-Drain control structure. Risk of escapement is low.

FWP proposes the construction of a fully enclosed heated, two-bay boat storage unit at the Wayfarers Unit of Flathead Lake State Park. The proposed project would provide Flathead Lake State Park and the Bigfork area game warden a safe and accessible place to store their boats.
