Combining an intense ultrasonic cleaning action with Hornady cleaning solutions, the Lock-N-Load sonic cleaners easily remove carbon residue and corrosion from cartridge cases and firearm parts. Unlike tumblers, the ultrasonic action quickly cleans the interior of cartridge cases and ensures cleaning action in hard-to-reach locations. The microjets created by the sonic action and vibration blast residue and debris from a variety of components, including cartridge cases, metallic firearm parts, and tools.

Hornady Hot Tub™ Sonic Cleaner

The Hornady Hot Tub Sonic Cleaner’s 25.5” tank easily accommodates many barrels and actions from gas-operated firearms, such as AR-style rifles and gas-operated shotguns. In addition to having four transducers, the Hot Tub Sonic Cleaner utilizes an integrated heating element to enhance cleaning action. Combined with One Shot® Sonic Clean™ solution, the Hornady Hot Tub microjet action removes carbon residue and other debris from cartridge cases, gun parts, and other metal equipment.

The Hornady Lock-N-Load Sonic Cleaner 2L features an 80-watt ceramic heater that enhances cleaning action. The large 2-liter stainless steel tank holds up to three hundred .223 cases or one hundred fifty .308 cases, driving efficiency and productivity. The cleaner's 5- to 30-minute timer allows multiple cycle options, depending on the application.
