Every year, DSC funds projects and initiatives in support of its mission of Conservation, Education and Advocacy through the DSC Grant program. This year’s grant submission deadline is July 1, for the initial round of grants. A second deadline will occur on Oct. 1 to distribute any funds not granted in the first round.

The purpose of DSC grants will be to advocate and educate Legislative bodies, Policy forums, and Management Authorities on the need for science-based wildlife management and the role that hunting plays in the conservation of wildlife and wildlife habitat, providing ecosystem services, and the benefits to local communities and livelihoods. Focus – North America, Europe, and International Policy Forums.
Also, collaborate with Management Authorities to proactively gather, prepare, and present information to Legislative bodies and Policy forums to support sustainable use and community based natural resource management. Focus – Africa, Asia, New Zealand, and Canada.
