PRESCOTT, Ariz. – Davidson’s, one of the nation’s top firearms, ammunition, optics, cutlery, and accessories wholesalers, is helping sponsor the Arizona Mule Deer Organization.

The Arizona Mule Deer Organization (AMDO) is a proud 501c3 non-profit organization that was established to enhance habitats and waterways throughout Arizona for mule deer herds and all the other animals that live in Arizona as well. They are very proactive in the development of future hunters as they hold numerous youth deer hunting camps each year where they pour a ton of volunteer hours into knowledge, safety and fun.

AMDO will be hosting youth camps that cost nothing for the attendees or volunteers as AMDO supplies the food and beverages. They also hold educational seminars during the day, and they mentor the young hunters. Mentoring can mean many things but in the case of AMDO’s camps mentoring is all about ethics, morals, respect for wildlife, respect for the environment and respect for the safety of the hunt and experience.
