Bentonville, AR - For personal security, no firearm is more versatile than the shotgun, and Escort has four excellent options: Aimguard, BM12, MPA, and Raider. Perfect for personal defense and security, these shotguns offer shooters a wide range of options to meet every application.
The Aimguard is available in 12- or 20-gauge chambering in 3-inch magnum with a pump action for rugged dependability. The 18-inch, proof-tested barrel is designed with a fixed cylinder choke for use with slugs or shot and features an oxidation-proof design. With an advanced polymer synthetic stock and a black anodized receiver, the Aimguard is built to perform in the harshest conditions. Spacer shims give the shotgun a fully customizable fit, and at 38 inches long and 6.4 or 5.5 pounds (12 or 20 gauge) the Aimguard is highly maneuverable. With a 5+1 capacity, it is also ready for any home defense or security scenario.
Escort's BM12 is a 12 gauge tactically enhanced pump shotgun that utilizes a polymer pistol grip stock and detachable box magazine with a five-shot capacity. The BM12 comes with a ghost ring rear sight and fiber optic front sight, as well as a Picatinny rail on the upper receiver for optics mounting. Three rails adorn the forend, making it easy to install lights, lasers, and other accessories. The BM12 is designed with a cross-button safety and a slot for two shells in the side of the buttstock.
While it shares the same pistol grip stock as the BM12, the semi-automatic MPA utilizes Hatsan's Fast Loading System and Smart Valve Piston for smooth operation. The Fast Loading System allows for one-handed loading by way of the shell carrier's integrated release button, which also doubles as the bolt release. Hatsan's Smart Valve Piston utilizes a self-regulating gas piston that can cycle both 2 ¾" and 3" shells without the need for any user adjustments. The tubular magazine design allows for 5+1 capacity, with a two-shell holder in the side of the buttstock. A Picatinny accessory rail sits at the six o'clock position on the forend, while a soft rubber buttpad makes for exceptional recoil absorption.
The Raider features the same semi-automatic operation as the MPA but is designed to use a removable 5-shot box magazine instead. The Raider is available in 12- or 20-gauge, with the 12-gauge also available dipped in A-TACS Tactical Camo. Overall length is 40.3 inches, with an overall weight of 8.6 pounds (12 gauge) or 7.7 pounds (20 gauge).
