Mesa, AZ – Team Berger’s Morgun King, currently ranked #1 overall in the PRS Series, earned 1st place with a score of 203 at the inaugural “Nut Crusher” PRS event.

The “Nut Crusher” PRS Event, hosted by Alpha Munitions, was held September 3rd at the North Springs Shooting Range and Recreation Area in Price, UT. Competitors sent as many as 250 rounds down range at 22 challenging stages throughout the Utah high desert. King set the bar high with the fastest time at the Nightforce PRS Skills Challenge stage, and accomplished a perfect score for the stage.

“Paul Dallin did a great job of building a course of fire that was unrelenting in its ability to challenge shooters, each shot, on every stage. Brady Allinson (who finished XX place) and I were able to survive the heat and the course of fire to come out on top, and the prize table was epic. I had complete confidence in my 6.5mm 156 Grain Elite Hunters,” said King, following the victory.

King joined Team Berger in 2022 and competes with his 6.5mm Creedmoor, using Berger 156gr Elite Hunter bullets, propelled by Vihtavuori N160 powder.
