Wildlife Forever proudly names Tim Zhao, founder of the National Youth Visionaries Association (NYVA) and Virginia state host for the Art of Conservation Fish Art Contest, as the 2025 Richard M. Hart Educator of the Year. “We are incredibly fortunate to work with educators like Tim Zhao, whose passion and artistic talent create meaningful experiences for young students,” said Veronica Mangio, Marketing & Communications Manager, Wildlife Forever. “His work is a shining example of how education, creativity, and conservation can come together to create lasting impact.”
The Richard M. In tribute, Mr. Zhao will receive art and fishing supplies for his students plus a limited-edition 2025 Fish Art “Best of Show” print.
“I am honored for the recognition. I could not be more excited to continue guiding young people to an understanding of nature through art and outdoor experiences”, said Tim Zhao.
Supported by the Gran Hollingsworth Trust, Friends of the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center, and private donors and friend of Mr. Hart, the Richard M Hart Educator of the Year Award recognizes outstanding contributions to the growth of the Art of Conservation Fish Art Contest.
