The firearm community will decide the top guns, suppressors, gear, and more of 2025, winners to be honored at SHOT Show 2026
Guns.com, the leading online marketplace for firearms, suppressors, gear, and firearm industry news and content, launches the 1st Annual Guns.com Readers’ Choice Awards. The new awards give Guns.com customers and readers the power to vote for the best firearms, suppressors, ammo, optics, and accessories of the past year.
For the first time since Guns.com launched in 2011, gun owners — not editors, manufacturers, or advertisers — will determine which products truly rose above the rest in 2025. The awards span 12 major categories, including the year’s best new concealed carry handgun, best tactical rifle, best hunting shotgun, best PCC, the top ammo company, and more.
“The gun community is passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly diverse—and their voice deserves a platform,” said Scott Gara, Director of Content at Guns.com. “The Readers’ Choice Awards give our customers and readers the chance to elevate the products that earned their trust, performed in the field, and defined the year. Voting opens today on Guns.com and will run through the first week of January 2026. The short survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and all votes are anonymous.
