Iron Valley Supply is pleased to welcome Alex Gouin as the company’s new Human Resource Manager – Recruiting.
In this role, Gouin will oversee all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, and training. He brings nine years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, including five years in leadership positions. A Birmingham native and graduate of the University of North Alabama, Gouin is dedicated to ensuring a positive, full-cycle employee experience for all Iron Valley Supply team members.
