Conservation First USA (CFUSA) presented the Arizona Game and Fish Department (Department) a check for $507,930. on July 8, 2025. This money was raised in Phase 2 of CFUSA’s ‘24-‘25 Commissioner’s Special Big Game Tag Raffle campaign. Phase 1 of CFUSA’s campaign closed on December 19, 2024 and raised $441,530.
A total of $949,460.00 was raised in this ’24-’25 campaign, and every dollar was returned to the Department for wildlife and habitat work through their Habitat Partnership Committee. While money raised for a particular species is designated for that species, the reality is all of Arizona’s wildlife benefits from these funds through this conservation work and projects.

The Arizona Big Game Super Raffle dba Conservation First USA is a 501c-3 non-profit organization launched by volunteer sportsmen and women in Arizona to raise money to improve and restore wildlife habitat in Arizona and the Southwest.
Since 2006, tags for ten Arizona big game species, including; Bear, Bison, Coues Whitetail Deer, Desert Bighorn Sheep, Elk, Javelina, Mountain Lion, Mule Deer, Pronghorn and Turkey have been granted to the Arizona Big Game Super Raffle, now doing business as Conservation First USA, by the Arizona Game and Fish Commission through their Special Big Game Tag program.
Over the last 20 years that CFUSA has been raffling Arizona Commissioner’s Special Big Game Tags, a total of $12,858,345. has been tendered to the Department for wildlife habitat.
