COLUMBIA, MO – January 24, 2022 – MidwayUSA is pleased to announce the promotion of Dallas Gooseman to Customer Service Manager. Dallas joined MidwayUSA in December of 2012 as a Customer Service Representative. He was soon promoted to a Financial Services Assistant in 2014 and then on to an Accountant in 2020. Dallas is finishing up a Bachelors’ degree from Columbia College in Business and Finance, planning to graduate prior to the end of 2022.

“Customer Satisfaction is MidwayUSA's number one operational goal,” said Dallas, “I look forward to providing the highest quality service and best performance as Customer Service Manager!”

In his new position, Dallas is responsible for ensuring results-driven performance against Customer, Employee, Supplier & Partner, and Shareholder Satisfaction goals through productive and efficient execution of strategies, operational planning, and process management.
