He spent eight years as an Inside Sales Representative and seven years as a Regional Manager with Big Rock Sports, where he worked closely with retailers and vendors nationwide. Gates also contributed to internal initiatives focused on growth opportunities, website enhancements, and vendor training—all while supporting company profitability and strengthening bonds across the shooting sports supply chain. His background includes extensive experience at trade shows and dealer promotions, further reinforcing his relationship-driven approach to business.
