About SHIELD SIGHTS
SHIELD Sights was formed in the early 1980’s in Great Britain, where it began to pioneer the development of micro red dot sights that are so popular in this modern age. Initially sold under other brand names, you may know the SHIELD Mini Sight as the Firepoint, Tasco Optima, Trijicon RedDot, or JPoint. 30 years of experience has paid off in recent years as SHIELD Sights has become the only standardized optic cut offered by leading handgun manufacturers and has now become the footprint of choice of many other optic companies. SHIELD Sights remains one of the most highly respected premium red dot sight brands globally among military, law enforcement, and government agencies as well as OEM firearm manufacturers, and as a result continues to deliver upon multiple contracts worldwide.
