Public bathrooms will have limited hours at the park
Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks game wardens are seeking information on a series of recent vandalism incidents at Milltown State Park, just east of Missoula.
On the nights of July 1, 4 and 7, 2025, the public toilets at the state park were vandalized with fireworks, and FWP game wardens say that crimes like this one are often solved because of leads from the public.
If you have information on these incidents, please contact Warden Chris Hamilton at 406-210-7513 or Warden Brady Rhoda at 406-481-5826. You can also visit tipmont.mt.gov for more information on reporting natural resource crimes and who to contact in your local area. You may be eligible for a reward.
Due to repeat occurrences and significant impact to the facilities, all Milltown State Park bathrooms will only be open during daytime hours Thursday-Sunday until further notice.
