GASTONIA, NC –– Premier Body Armor announces the launch of the Fortis Pro Placard (556/39), a rugged, quick-attach placard developed with input from military, law-enforcement, and security professionals. Built for users who demand flexibility and performance, the Fortis Pro Placard securely accepts AR-15 (5.56×45) and AK (7.62×39 & 5.45×39) magazines. Kydex® inserts inside each pouch provide consistent, positive retention for confident carry and fast, repeatable draws.
Engineered for real-world use, the placard adds mission-ready organization without bulk. Key features include an integrated loop-lined admin pouch with a zippered pocket, elastic retention loops, and quick-access sleeves; laser-cut PALS with loop for adding gear or patches; and a TQ dangler attachment for tourniquets or other critical items. The three primary pouches can also accommodate many modern smartphones (including Pro and Max iPhone models) for quick reference, comms, or hands-free filming in training.
Constructed from durable 500D Cordura®, the Fortis Pro Placard measures 9"×6"×2", weighs 0.8 lb, and uses a quick-attach system for rapid swaps and loadout changes. It’s designed to complement the Fortis Alpha Carrier and work with any plate carrier featuring a hook-and-loop face and QASM buckles. For added flexibility across different carriers, each placard ships with the opposite side of the QASM buckle.
