Superior, WI - FeraDyne Outdoors, LLC has named John Flanagan as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Flanagan has over 25 years of experience in finance, operations and strategy, driving process improvements in both publicly traded and private companies. His background includes corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, strategic planning and risk management. He will have oversight and leadership for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial and IT-related activities for the company.

Mr. Flanagan is a CPA/MBA with hands-on experience in financial management, strategic leadership, and a broad background including domestic and international work experience within the manufacturing, distribution, retail, consumer products and service industries.
Previously, Mr. Flanagan served as Chief Financial Officer of Remington Outdoor Company (Huntsville, AL), the world's leading innovator, designer, manufacturer and marketer of firearms, ammunition and related products for the hunting, shooting sports, law enforcement and military markets. From 2012-2018 Mr. Flanagan served as Chief Financial Officer for AcuSport Corporation (Bellefontaine, OH), a leading distributor of outdoor and shooting sports products, serving independent retailers throughout the United States. From 2009-2012, Mr. Flanagan served as Chief Financial Officer for Bunn-O-Matic Corporation (Springfield, IL), a global manufacturer of coffee/tea brewers and beverage dispensing equipment. Bunn-O-Matic (“Bunn”) is the renowned leader in the commercial and home beverage equipment industry. From 2002-2009, Mr. Flanagan served as Chief Financial Officer for a large multi-unit franchisee of Panera Bread (headquartered in Westlake, OH). In this role he achieved exceptional results in a rapid growth environment, helping the organization expand from two stores to thirty stores during a seven-year period. For his contributions to the growth and success of the organization, Mr. Flanagan received the honor of being named 2008 “CFO of the Year” by Crain’s Cleveland. Prior to joining Panera Bread, Mr. Flanagan held senior financial executive roles with Struers, Inc. (Westlake, OH), the world's leading manufacturer of equipment and consumables for materialographic specimen preparation; and began his professional career as an auditor for a large regional public accounting firm in Cleveland, OH.
Mr. Flanagan was born and raised in Akron, OH and holds a BSBA in Accounting from John Carroll University (Cleveland, OH) and a MBA from the Cleveland State University.
