His professional journey includes over 15 years in youth ministry and 23 years as a classroom teacher, coach, and Athletic Director in both public and private schools across Texas and North Carolina.

In addition to his educational background, Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Chemistry from East Carolina University and a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University.
