Unlike some POS platforms, Orchid’s deep integration provides fixed price listings from directly inside of Orchid POS without the need navigate elsewhere. The result is a fully connected, in-store to online retail experience for gun dealers seeking to increase inventory turnover and automate compliance workflows.

Create New Listings from Orchid POS: A simple POS toggle located on each product or category enables new listings in the Guns.com marketplace.

Maintain Inventory Parity: Firearms sold on Guns.com are automatically placed into blocked stock in the POS to prevent overselling. Additionally, in-store sales will decrease the number of firearms available for sale on Guns.com or end the final listing.

Integrated Fulfillment: Dealers that have enabled the Orchid POS to ShipStation integration can generate tracking numbers and shipping labels from within the POS platform.

Compliance-First Design: Together with Orchid eBound, the Guns.com / Orchid POS integration not only allows for revenue growth, but also increases the likelihood that all 4473 transfers remain compliant with ATF regulations, including inventory traceability and audit readiness.
