Team Ruger Achieves Strong Finishes with GP100 and Super GP100 Revolvers

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR) – The members of Team Ruger delivered an outstanding performance at the 33rd Annual International Revolver Championship held in De Soto, Kansas, where they used their Ruger® GP100® revolvers.

The GP100® demonstrates industry-leading precision, next-level accuracy, and a comfortable ergonomic design that provides shooters with the control and comfort needed to stay consistent. The GP100 features a grip frame design that offers a wide range of options for custom grips, and a triple locking cylinder, which allows for a more positive alignment and reliable operation between shots. The Super GP100 differs from the traditional GP100 in its design because it incorporates the Super Redhawk’s action, utilizing a two-spring lock work system. Team Ruger’s impressive performance during the championship proved why Ruger revolvers continue to set the standard within the industry.

First up at the Annual International Revolver Championship, Team Ruger member Dave Olhasso took the lead with an impressive first-place finish in the Limited 6 division, using his Ruger GP100 revolver in 357 Magnum and finishing with a final time of 353.96, setting the tone for the weekend.

Following suit, James McGinty secured second place in the Limited division with an impressive final score of 295.14 with his robust Super GP100 in 9mm Luger. Next in the lineup, teammate Gordon Carrell earned a sixth-place finish in the B class within the Limited division, further highlighting the team’s impressive results with his Super GP100 in 9mm Luger.

Closing out the team’s performance, Randi Rogers finished second place in Ladies’ and fourth place in B class in the Limited division with a score of 402.69, relying on her Super GP100 in 9mm Luger to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Congratulations to our Team Ruger members for their achievements at the 33rd Annual International Revolver Championship, where they showcased their competitive skills and demonstrated the competition-readiness of their revolvers.
