Oklahoma State Parks and AARP Oklahoma invite families and nature lovers to join the fun as we celebrate the iconic Smokey Bear’s birthday on Saturday, August 9, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. This exciting birthday bash will be hosted at Sequoyah State Park, Lake Murray State Park, and Roman Nose State Park.

Guests are encouraged to come out and help Park Pal throw Smokey Bear an unforgettable birthday party filled with fun, education, and forest-friendly festivities.

The celebration will include:
