Kookoosint Fishing Access Site on the Flathead River near Paradise in Sanders County has reopened. The site was closed Aug. 18 due to wildfire danger.

Full Curl Wildlife Management Area remains closed temporarily due to the Knowles Fire, which has burned more than 3,800 acres, including parts of the WMA. The fire is currently 47 percent contained. Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks will reopen the WMA as soon as conditions allow.
