The Michigan Department of Natural Resources Ortonville, Pontiac Lake, Rose Lake and Sharonville shooting ranges will be closed:

For the Christmas holiday – Saturday, Dec. 24 and Sunday, Dec. 25.
The ranges will reopen Monday, Dec. 26.

For the New Year's holiday – Saturday, Dec. 31 and Sunday, Jan. 1.
The ranges will reopen Monday, Jan. 2.

For the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday – Monday, Jan. 16.
The ranges will reopen Thursday, Jan. 19.

Dansville shooting range season closure

The DNR Dansville shooting range is scheduled to close for the season Sunday, Dec. 18, at 4:45 p.m., weather permitting. The range is scheduled to reopen in mid-April 2023, weather permitting.
