Job Description

This position interacts with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences.
The social media coordinator creates consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.
This position updates social networks and curates content to gain new followers.
This position creates new social marketing campaigns, builds brand recognition, and manages all published company content.
This position will work with web analytic tools to track campaign progress and researching industry trends.
This position maintains an active social presence and replies to customer inquiries.
This position collaborates with marketing, PR, and legal teams to align company messages, promotions, and goals.
 

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Google Analytics.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Strong customer service skills.

Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.

Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms.
Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience.

Excellent analytical and time-management skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

A four-year college degree or equivalent experience in the field of communications or journalism, and experience working directly with social media and digital marketing.
The ability to oversee multiple projects at any given time.
Skill in the operation of a personal computer.
The ability to effectively organize work processes and production.
The ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
The ability to train others to apply complex concepts and procedures.
Experience with creating graphics for digital and print preferred.
