BPI Outdoors announced today that Nate Treadaway, the company’s CEO, will be stepping down at the end of 2022 to pursue what is described as a family business opportunity.

“I truly expected to end my career with BPI,” Treadaway stated. “This company has been my life for the last twenty-two years. The people, the organization’s values and culture, as well as the products they bring to market are all unquestionably best-in-class. And while it has been a distinct privilege to be a small part of this organization’s success over the last two decades, it is time for me to embark upon a new challenge in my business life. I have no doubt that BPI’s brands are strategically positioned to continue prospering at a rate that far outpaces the market. Therefore, I will leave here humbled, but also excited to watch BPI’s continued growth in the future.”
