U.S. LawShield Seeks Director of Business & Channel Development

Houston, Texas – U.S. LawShield®, a rapidly growing company and the leader in the Legal Defense for Self-Defense industry, is currently seeking a Director of Business & Channel Development. We have over 675,000 active members and are expanding field operations in 46 states.

The Director of Business & Channel Development candidate should be a hands-on leader that can demonstrate the following:

·Strong Talent for Project Coordination and Delegation

·Lead and Build a Team to Optimize Productivity

·Nurture Program Success from Inception to Completion

Duties/Responsibilities

·Create and integrate a new department to have ownership of specified channels of business.

·Oversee a team of Managers to strategize, develop, implement, and maintain initiatives for certain industry channel initiatives.

·Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.

·Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

·Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.

·Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

·Oversee a team of business development executives to develop programs for specified channels of business.

·Develop and drive programs for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

·Work closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and develop successful programs and timing for new initiatives.

·Identify key success requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

·Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

·Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

·Ability to present concise reviews of department strategies and progress.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years in a CPG brand or outdoor industry environment
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Program or Channel experience for an outdoor industry brand or service
  • Prior management of personnel required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
