Bringing Expanded Legal Defense Coverage to Responsible Gun Owners.
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. –– CCW Safe, a national leader in Self Defense Legal Services, is proud to announce the acquisition of the Armed Citizens’ Legal Defense Network Inc. (ACLDN).
The Armed Citizens’ Legal Defense Network (ACLDN) was established in 2008 by Marty and Gila Hayes. Marty Hayes, a former law enforcement officer, firearms instructor, and author on self-defense law, played a key role in its founding. Today, ACLDN has members across all 50 states.
With ACLDN now part of the CCW Safe family, the company is expanding its capacity to deliver exceptional legal defense and critical support to responsible firearm owners across the country. This acquisition allows CCW Safe to offer ACLDN members an even greater depth of resources, expert insights, and confidence to all members now under the CCW Safe umbrella.
“Welcoming ACLDN members into the CCW Safe family reinforces our promise to provide the strongest legal protection, deepest expertise and personal care to our members,” said Kent Brown, President of CCW Safe.
Mike Darter, CEO of CCW Safe added “both organizations have always shared the same purpose—supporting responsible firearm owners in the worst moment of their life when they find themselves in the aftermath of a self-defense incident.”
ACLDN members will now be part of CCW Safe’s growing community, where they will receive comprehensive support that includes 24/7 access to a Critical Response Team, unlimited coverage for criminal and civil defense and legal representation from leading self-defense attorneys. Members will also benefit from expert guidance that begins with training and education long before a self-defense incident occurs, along with emotional, physical and financial support.
“After leading the Armed Citizens’ Legal Defense Network for 17 years, it was important to me that our members would continue to be supported with the same level of dedication and integrity,” said ACLDN Founder Marty Hayes. “I’m confident that CCW Safe shares our values and commitment to responsible gun owners. I couldn’t be more pleased to pass the torch to a team I trust to protect and care for our members moving forward.”
This acquisition allows CCW Safe to expand its educational programs and outreach to ACLDN members, helping them stay informed with education and training resources. As part of this transition, CCW Safe will work diligently to ensure a seamless integration process for all members. Current ACLDN members will be welcomed into the CCW Safe community, where they will continue to receive the same level of service they have come to trust, along with additional services and support.
CCW Safe remains dedicated to treating each member like family, offering not just legal coverage, but emotional, financial and practical support when it’s needed most. For more information, visit www.ccwsafe.com. To find out what membership option is right for you, use CCW Safe’s Plan Advisor.
