Whitetails Unlimited awarded a $10,000 grant to The National Deer Alliance for 2019. To date, WTU has contributed more than $165,000 to the NDA for their efforts to protect North America’s wild deer, wildlife habitat, and the future of hunting. The NDA is also working closely with several key partners to help draft federal CWD legislation. They also work diligently to help protect public lands that are currently available for public hunting opportunities, while seeking additional lands that could be opened.
“There are many threats that face our nation’s deer population as well as our hunting heritage,” says Whitetails Unlimited Program Services Director Russ Austad. “The National Deer Alliance is critical in helping us combat these threats.”
