Foxtrot Mike Products, known for innovative firearm design, is proud to introduce the Enhanced Rifle System (E.R.S.) improving simplicity, durability, and performance for AR-pattern rifles. Comprised of two key components—the One-Piece Barrel and the Heavy Duty Bolt—the E.R.S. is engineered to exceed end users expectations of a modern firearm.

The One-Piece Barrel integrates a Dead Air Keymo Brake, gas block with 45 degree gas port, and barrel extension into a single piece of 41V50 steel. Its larger barrel extension diameter eliminates truncated M4 feed ramps, enhancing feeding reliability. This innovative manufacturing process ensures improved concentricity when compared to traditional barrel manufacturing techniques. 7 less parts than a standard AR style barrel assembly, increasing simplicity and reliability.

An integrated Dead Air Keymo Brake not only provides superior fit and finish but also eliminates the need for traditional pin and weld methods. The 45-degree gas port optimizes gas flow, making it an ideal suppressor host. The one-piece barrel when combined with a 45 degree gas port, significantly reduces thermal load under the handguard, offering a substantial advantage when using a suppressor.

Precision in production is ensured by creating the barrel profile in a single operation, critical for suppressor hosting and improved accuracy. The current method of installing a suppressor mount—relying on threads for concentricity—is replaced by the one-piece barrel design, mitigating the risk of baffle strikes.

The Extreme Duty Bolt was designed to extend service life of Mil-Spec 5.56x45mm bolts. Eliminating thin cross-sections and incorporating a larger bolt head, greatly increased the strength of the bolt in critical areas.

Upper receiver advancements include a thermal-interference fit and increased accuracy result from the heated upper and the one-piece barrel being pressed together during assembly, eliminating the need for bedding or accurizing.

Simplicity is at the core of Foxtrot Mike Products' design philosophy, reducing the bill of materials by 15 parts compared to a traditional AR-style weapon. This streamlined approach not only simplifies assembly but also mitigates potential failure modes.

The Enhanced Rifle System will be integrated into 4 bufferless firearms, including the Mike-Adaptive Rifle, Mike-15 Gen 2 E.R.S, Mike-47 Gen 2 E.R.S, and Global Ordnance Monolith, showcasing its adaptability and versatility. Foxtrot Mike Products proudly presents the E.R.S., setting new standards in efficient, simple design.
