We encourage all attendees to register prior to arriving in Grapevine for the NASGW Expo since badge prices will increase for walk in registrations. If you have preregistered your badge will be available at the registration desk. A valid photo ID is required to pick up your badge.

Please note that individuals registering onsite must be listed on the employee roster associated with their company’s membership.

If you are not listed, you may still register by providing one of the following forms of employment verification along with a valid photo ID:

• A business card showing your name and position at a member company
• A company website listing that identifies you as part of the team

If you are unable to provide acceptable proof of employment, we will be unable to process your registration for the Expo.
