Walther Arms, Inc. Names Rob McCanna President

Walther Arms, Inc. is excited to announce the appointment of Rob McCanna to President, effective immediately. Previously, McCanna served as Walther’s Vice President of Sales and has had a long, proven track record in the firearms industry. McCanna’s appointment is part of a long-term strategic transition for Walther CEO Adam Blalock, who happily relinquishes his President title but will remain company CEO. In addition to his duty as CEO of Walther Arms, Inc., Blalock will continue to serve as President and CEO of Walther Manufacturing, Inc and Chairman of the Board for Umarex USA, Inc. All three privately-owned U.S. corporations share a complex located in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Newly Appointed President, Rob McCanna, brings nearly 35 years of experience in the Firearms industry to Walther Arms. McCanna has spent the last 12 years in various senior leadership roles focusing on sales, marketing, and channel management. Since early 2020 McCanna has proved that experience as beneficial while leading Walther sales efforts through record times. McCanna holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
