Mims, a Certified Public Accountant earning his B.S. in Accounting at the University of Alabama, has held positions ranging from senior controller to CFO in a big 6 multi-national CPA firm as well as several mid cap private equity companies. Most recently serving as CFO for Alevio Spine, a fast-growing spinal device manufacturer, Les was responsible for oversight of the company’s financial operations, internal controls, corporate governance, and audit functions. With over 28 years of public accounting and private industry financial management responsibilities, Les brings with him a wealth of experience to the Bangers organization.
