Throughout 2025, Outdoor America has continued to show why it has become the destination network for viewers. Since its inception, Outdoor America (OA) has quickly become an industry leader for outdoor enthusiasts, with significant growth seen across the network’s syndicated show lineup. That growth continued in Q2, thanks in no small part to the performance of the program, Their Life, My Lens.
Hosted by Chasten Whitfield, and now in its fifth fantastic season on the network, Their Life, My Lens allows Whitfield to fish her local waters and share stories of courageous and inspiring people while teaching new fishing techniques and how to do the right thing. Whitfield works to help disadvantaged kids forget their troubles by sharing the joys of fishing with children, teens, and adults from around Florida. Whitfield uses fishing to help give differently abled kids a day to put all their worries away, whether it's doctors' appointments, surgeries, medicines, or physical therapy, along with helping them to do what's right in life.
“It’s incredible to see how many people are tuning in to watch these kids fish and hear their inspiring stories,” said Their Life, My Lens host Chasten Whitfield. “We’ve had so many fans reach out, asking if there’s room to feature them or someone they know. People are thanking us for showcasing these kids’ abilities and telling us it’s inspired them to chase their own goals.”
During the Q2 period, Their Life, My Lens aired 13 times in broadcast syndication, reaching 163,321 households per airing, for a total household reach of 2,123,177. On the network's Fast channels, Their Life, My Lens also had a strong audience engagement, with 133,409 IP addresses tuning in over 2,304,420 minutes, equating to 38,407 hours viewed.
“To say we are proud of the continued growth that Outdoor America has seen over the second quarter of the year would be an understatement,” said Jamie Wilkinson, Executive Vice President of Outdoor America. “Their Life, My Lens is a big part of that growth. Chasten’s amazing program is a family-friendly, inspirational show that speaks to those who embrace real-life resilience and outdoor lovers alike.”
