Iron Valley Supply is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeremy Jester to Director of Sales Strategy. A 25-year veteran of the company, Jeremy brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in sales and vendor relationships.
In his new role, Jeremy will lead a portion of Iron Valley Supply’s team of account managers with a focus on implementing innovative sales strategies, strengthening strategic dealer relationships, and supporting the company's ongoing mission to deliver integrity, service, and value across its customer base.
Jeremy has played a pivotal role at Iron Valley Supply (formerly Bangers) for more than two decades. As both an account manager and buyer, he was instrumental in expanding the company’s dealer and vendor partnerships and led its successful entry into the NFA product category in 2014 and 2015. His leadership and insight have made him a respected figure within the organization and the broader firearms and shooting sports industry.

Jeremy is a graduate of Auburn University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising, Design, and Production Management. Outside the office, he is deeply involved in the shooting sports community, having served on the board of a local non-profit shooting range, and remains committed to mentoring new shooters in the safe and responsible use of firearms.
