The U.S. Open drew approximately 1,000 Sporting Clays competitors to Coyote Springs Sporting Clays located in Tucson, AZ this year. Team Krieghoff shooters delivered a podium sweep and several strong performances across the field.

The Lady FITASC podium was captured by Karen Miles, Madison Sharpe, and Shelby Moon as the Krieghoff ladies swept the 2023 field. Karen posted an impressive score of 97 to win both the FITASC Lady Championship and Open Runner-Up title. Madison finished Lady Runner-up and Shelby Moon completed the sweep with her Lady 3rd finish.

Main Event highlights included top ten finishes by Kevin DeMichiel (M3), Michael Luongo, Jr. (M4), Braxton Oliver (M6), and Clint Hinton (M7). Karen Miles and Madison Sharpe took the Lady Main Podium as Champion and Lady 3rd respectively. Shelby Moon finished Lady 4th.

Turner Parcell’s top-ten FITASC Junior finish also highlighted this year’s event as well as Gebben Miles and Madison Sharpe’s success in the 5-Stand with their Open Runner-up and Lady Champion finishes respectively.
