(Grand Island, Nebr.) — Hornady® and the Loup/Platte Pheasants Forever Chapter recently partnered to host a Youth Mentor Pheasant Hunt at Heartland Public Shooting Park on October 11, 2025, in Grand Island, Nebraska.

This special event was designed to educate and inspire young hunters through hands-on learning, mentorship, and conservation. Each youth hunter was paired with an experienced mentor to ensure a safe, ethical, and educational experience.

The event was made possible by a generous grant from the Platte River SCI Chapter, dedicated to supporting youth shooting and hunting programs.
