Slater Sales, Inc. based in Norwood Young America, MN, and responsible for the Midwest region, was recognized for their contributions to the company in year over year sales growth, marketing and promotion initiatives, and new customer growth. The agency specializes in the outdoor and sporting goods industries selling to the distributor and retail markets.

Inspirational Rep of the Year was awarded to Joe Pechie, Sales Representative for Jones & Company in the Northeast region, for this thorough knowledge of the watersports and outdoors industry, his sales growth efforts, and customer and factory relationships.
