The Fish and Wildlife Commission proposes to amend ARM 12.6.1015 to reflect the most accurate and updated list of states and provinces with documented occurrences of chronic wasting disease.
Public Hearing
On November 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks (department) will hold a public hearing via the ZOOM platform, to consider the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule.
