Makoshika State Park will have a partial closure of all areas from the switchbacks and above next Tuesday through Friday, Oct. 13-16, for required noxious weed spraying.
Spraying will be conducted weather permitting, and Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks will notify the public once it has concluded. The park visitor center will remain open during its winter business hours, and the Lower Group Use Shelter and trails below the switchbacks will remain accessible.
