Kick Off The Fall Hunting Season with ‘Premiere Week,’ Sept. 28-Oct.4

Next, viewers tag along with Kent and Shannon Rollins as they bring chuck wagon cooking to life on Cast Iron Cowboy (Sept. 28, 8:00 p.m. ET). It's fitting that Ranch America follows, as host River Klass spotlights working cattle ranches and the unique culture that has developed around them (Sept. 28, 8:30 p.m. ET), and then it's hard-working cowboy-hunter-farmer-outfitter Tom McMillan and family's opportunity to once more live up to Tom's "dirt cleans thy soul" slogan (Sept. 28, 9:00 p.m. ET). Lastly, hunter, shooter, survival expert and wild game processing expert Jason Nauert shows military vets, first responders, and others field-to-table butchery and more on Jason the Butcher (Sept. 28, 9:30 p.m. ET).
