Outdoor Channel celebrates the fall season with a new show lineup that's so good you can taste it. Premiere Week, starts Monday, Sept. 28, with an all-new "Taste of the Wild" block complete with fresh episodes from all six shows. There's Farming the Wild with popular Englishman-turned-Texan, Mike Robinson; then there's hunter-from-Down-Under and culinary adventurer Mario Kalpou on his tour of America's wild places and wild food in United Plates. In Season 2 of the hit show Cast Iron Cowboy, you can count on Kent and Shannon Rollins to fill the hearts and bellies of authentic, hard-working cowpokes. On Ranch America, Host River Klass celebrates the rugged beauty and culture of cattle country, and then on McMillan, Host Tom McMillan and family prove every day on the ranch that "Dirt is good for the soul." Lastly, in Season 2 of Jason the Butcher, Host Jason Nauert takes military vets and first responders into the wilderness to learn confidence-building hunting, shooting, field-to-table butchery and the skills to survive. Friday night turns more serious at 8:00 p.m. ET with Chris Dorsey Reports: The Truth About Polar Bear Hunting, and then on the first episode of the new season of Wardens: Case Files, at 9:00 p.m., when officers must apprehend a madman.
On the weekend, viewers are treated to a Saturday night MeatEater marathon with Steven Rinella's new show, Rinella's Field Notes at 6:00 p.m., followed by back-to-back cinematic specials – MeatEater's 12 in '26 – airing from 7:00-9:00 p.m. ET.

Farming the Wild(Season 8 Episode 1 Premieres Monday, September 28 at 7 p.m. ET) – English restaurateur and hunter Mike Robinson is one of Britain's most prominent game chefs, and he co-owns the only pub in London with a prestigious Michelin-star. Follows Robinson as he harvests the natural ingredients that make up some of his most famous dishes. An expert hunter and marksman, Robinson shares the many unique skills and techniques he uses to hunt the game he sustainably manages. As a chef, he also shares the professional methods and tips to help viewers elevate their wild game cooking to truly Michelin-caliber food, both at home and over their campfires. In this week's special episode, "Setting Up Home in Texas," Mike Robinson and his wife Claude move to Texas, and he starts to build a new larder and culls Axis deer and cooks Wild Boar Ragu.
